Service Apartments

When visiting Darjeeling (be it for just a single day or for an entire year) why not take full advantage of living in a Hotel apartment (that too for, around the same cost as in a standard Hotel) instead of being confined within the four walls of any standard Hotel Room.

At Krishna Service Apartment we provide you with the options of choosing from a one or two bedroom apartment, depending on the size of your family/group. All the apartments are provided with floor to ceiling windows, as well as a balcony overlooking the famous Happy Valley Tea Estate.

Feel at Home

Every effort has been taken to provide all the facilities that a deluxe hotel would offer, we have also made sure that the ambiance of living at home is not lost while in Darjeeling. Care has been taken in designing and furnishing each apartment to personify contemporary living. Carpeted flooring, sofa tones of walls and lighting create a clean and relaxed environment.

A separate living cum dining room provides you just the right place to program your itenary, read your favorite book or simply sit back and enjoy your food whilst enjoying the magnificent views outside. Every apartment is provided with cable TV, a full sized wardrobe, in house telephone, wifi, luggage rack etc so that you can immediately unpack on reaching and feel right at home.

Kitchenette

Every apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a gas range, LPG, utensils, Crockery, cutlery, knives and containers for storing ingredients. So, if you plan to stay for a slightly longer duration then you are most welcome to bring your own ingredients (or you can get it from the in-house store on payment) and cook food of your choice. We could even arrange for dish washing/cooking assistants for a nominal charge.

LPG cylinders would be provided on actual cost, Krishna Service Apartment is a Meat Free Zone hence, cooking of Eggs/ Non-vegetarian food in the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Inspired Living Experience

Every apartment (except the studio apartment) is provided with a living cum dining area and furnished with a divan (couch), a 4 Sitter Dining Table, a remote controlled television set and full sized dressing mirror.

The private balconies are accessible from the living area and opens unto the south-west direction thus ensuring plenty of sunlight which floods right into the apartment. Since the balcony overlooks the Happy Valley Tea Estate, the breeze of fresh air from the valley below and the views of the surrounding hills which encircles the Tea Estate is simply fabulous and awe inspiring.

  • “Comfortable stay and courteous staff @ Krishna”
    I visited Darjeeling during the first week of Jan'16 and happened to stay here. The rooms allotted to us were "Attic rooms", which had a superb view from the balcony, however, we had to climb at least 40 steps to get to the rooms. The rooms were comfortable, clean and right-sized for a family of 2. Breakfast was just about OK. Free wifi @ lobby. The staff were courteous. Overall - it was a good experience. (Anand P)

    Great rooms (or should I say apartments?), good amenities and courteous staff. Rooms are in great condition and are very well kept. Service was prompt and the staff were courteous.  We were given the option of taking the attic rooms or the regular rooms. Ended up taking the regular ones since I was travelling with a parent (no lifts - attic rooms are on the 5th floor).  They have a travel desk (a gentleman named Vicky runs it) that is slightly expensive, but offers good and prompt service.  Location - it is a 10 minute drive from the bazar taxi stand. Zoo / HMI is walkable from here - 15 mins walk. For the tea enthusiasts - It is right opposite the Happy Valley tea estate. Overall, a very good experience! (Kishor S)
  • “One of the best in Darjeeling!”
    We booked the attic room which is at the top floor. The room was fully wooden made, a delight for us, with good bathrooms and other amenities like heater. It had a very nice view of the happy valley tea garden below. We were initially a little disappointed when we got to know that they serve only vegetarian food. But to our surprise, the food was totally delectable! The hotel also makes arrangements for sightseeing. (G Garima)
